Dr. Jeffrey Collins
Optometrist
Dr. Jeffrey Collins was raised in the mid-west, spending most of his youth in a small farming town in Eastern South Dakota. After high school, he attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah before serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ventura, California. While on his mission, his family moved to Logan, Utah. After his mission, he completed his undergraduate coursework at Utah State University. It was there that he met his wife, Holly, a Cache Valley native. They moved their family to Columbus, Ohio in 2002. He went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree at The Ohio State University.
Dr. Collins and his family are huge Buckeye fans. He and his family enjoy the great outdoors. He loves his horses, motorcycles and exploring new places. He loves any activity that can be done with his family, which includes his 5 children and his 5 grandchildren.
