We understand that your first visit to the eye doctor can feel overwhelming and we try to accommodate all new patients with a comfortable and organized facility.
Our staff has taken the steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient form prior to your visit. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment, but without waiting to see the doctor.
I’ve always been treated with kindness at Baldwin Optical, but I was blown away with the time and care taken in my last eye exam. I have a unique set of eyes 😂, Dr. Perez easily spent an hour or more trying to help me get my prescription just right.
My last eye care place (Eye Care For You) did NOT take the time to get the prescription right or listen to any concerns I’ve ever had.
I really hope everyone at Baldwin Optical know how much I appreciate their kindness and effort- I am very happy with them.
